The translation I read had him claim he could do sorcery, so he can presumably do more than make clothes appear. That's just the ability he displayed at the moment.

I thought that the guy called it sorcery because Wano was so isolated and didn't know about devil fruits. He probably has some other abilities anyway though

I read it as him being able to disguise people. This particular disguise was for warm clothes maybe later on he'll start busting out form alteration or somesuch to bolster his arsenal.

Fo real. I haven't read Fairy Tail....Tale.... I don't know anything about Erza Scarlet other than she uses swords. Is married to Zoro. And apparently strong enough to stomp her hubby back when that joke was conceived.
