Jubilee is and has always been my favorite comic book character. I absolutely adore her.
I'd also like to add some things in her bio/first post for this thread:
Jubilee has been stated at being 5'5" and 115lbs...
as for her powers and abilities, the following was missing:
As a young teen, Jubilee was a near-Olympic-caliber gymnast, which she has utilized to her advantage over her years of superheroics during combat. As a gymnast, she has a greater chance at dodging attacks and projectiles as well as landing on her feet after a fall. Jubilee also survived on her own for many months at a time after her parents were murdered. This allowed her to gain skills such as lock-picking, petty theft, and stealth.
Jubilee has hand-to-hand combat experience from her time spent with Wolverine, the X-Men, and Generation X. She is also trained in first aid and cpr... using those skills on the field in numerous occasions.
Over the years, Jubilee had displayed an extra ability to 'hide' from mental scans and telepathic radar. This apparantly has been lost since M-Day.
----------------------------------------------
I first became a fan of hers when I saw Night of the Sentinels, the first episode of the Animated Series. I've been collecting comics and such of hers ever since. (I also created the most updated Mugen fighting game character of Jubilee.)
She is a loyal friend, quite humorous, and tries to remain positive despite all of the hardships she has faced. Also, I enjoy the fact that she has never used her powers in a lethal way (to humans.) She actually once sacrificed her safety by giving one of her attackers CPR during Operation: Zero Tolerance. She knocked him unconscious with her powers, and then saved his life... risking being captured again.
----------------
Where do I think she could fit into now?
- definately a Madripoor Trio title
- a Generation X reunion (my favorite comic title ever.)
- a long-time guest star in a Wolverine title (please... possibly by Marjorie Liu)
- being a big-sister-type character in an X-Title to the new X-kids. I could see her mentoring, teaching, or hanging out with them on that kind of level. With or without powers for any of those.
