.....Secret of the Incas ,in my opinion the first Indiana Jones movie and it was made in 1954. It stars Charlton Heston, Thomas Mitchell, Robert Young and Nicole Maurey. This is a great little film, with many of the elements we would later get to see in the "Raiders of" series....

It's been about 20 years since I've seen this 1982 cult classic. Music by Danny Elfman, with his band the Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo... basically a showcase of the band's live show. Gorgeously shot in black & white, the story parallels Alice in Wonderland as the King & Queen of the Sixth Dimension brings the weird. I loved this film when I saw all those years ago, still love it.

i watched Justice League: Crisis on two earths. I think it was a good animated movie, i liked many of the fight scenes and the voices. I'm only little bit dispointed by the end. I think it wasn't really convicing and could have been better, but still a good movie for me.

    The Fantastic Mr Fox

Classic Wes Anderson and a definite step up from the uneven Darjeering Limited. I do wonder what young kids would make of it though as it is based on a kids book.

call me late in the game here, but i saw The Devil and Daniel Johnston for the first time today, and...wow. stunning. riding the wave of genius/madness, teetering on the precipice, - what a life.

    The Hurt Locker

    Oh yes. Quite good.

    The Duchess

Liked it. The contrast between the couple's unbelievably posh life and the hellish conditions of their marriage was interesting and remarkable. Keira Knightely (sp?) played it well.

    'spiritual sequel', whatever.

Also nice to see him pick up a BAFTA this year at least.
