I can't remember exactly, but what was/is the status of her relationship with Madison? I know that they were married, and that he attacked her with a Boxbot in Weapon X. And I seem to recall her showing up to the X-Mansion during the 198 era.

As far as has been shown or even mentioned, they are still married.

Lil was around in the 198 and Madison came aboard recently, but they haven't been shown on panel until the preview for next weeks X-Force. It goes to show the lovely work of Fraction and the X-Office that they have two characters, one (Madison) actually appearing quite a bit, and they never think to acknowledge his wife and fellow super-hero/mutant that is also living there on the island.
