i hope their fighting can also appear in AVX:VS series, but it seems like the fighting between iron man and magneto has already been arranged

So Steampunk Emma on X-Treme X-Men, how's everyone feeling about that?

I always found the character interesting and I would've been interested in more one shots of her world. Not sure if I like this Exiles set up they want to use her for.

i guess not… if emma was hosted by phoenix, a fiery bird would appear behind her. perhaps that’s just a aesthetic effect.

They should just rip each others cape and armor and have hate sex. It would be 1000x better than that drab 'dialogue.' Coipel should draw it.

Yet more reasons why AA is the only Avenger side tie in I will be interested in. I totally will love if Emma's the one in charge of the kid's rescue. Her need to be a teacher/guardian/protector of her students at all cost was always a fascinating side of hers.

Yeah that AA cover is a bit odd. But I am excited for their tie in.

well, there is no phoenix effect/bird.. but she seems flying and surrounded by fire in a very phoenix-like pose...I need to do some deep thinking about the matter ;-)

    25 Great Superheroine Moments

    03. NEW X-MEN #116. Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely.

I’ve been a fan of Emma Frost for a long damn time, but under Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely’s pens she reached new heights of bitchiness and awesomeness. Never better exemplified than when she comes in and saves the day (sorta) by breaking Cassandra Nova’s neck without a thought. Ever since Morrison and Quitely Emma’s voice has been surprisingly consistent with great writers from Joss Whedon and Warren Ellis to Kieron Gillen and Matt Fraction, all of them finding that heroic bitchy badass that she doesn’t even try to hide and letting her run free.

Emma is Back! Emma is Back!
And she's got an extended wardrobe! Yay! ha ha.

She's back and she's throwing down with some hard-light-training-Sinister-dumbies. Outstanding. Though CLEARLY Emma is much more cerebral in her approach to most everything, it is worth noting that a woman of her position WOULD engage in physical activity, if for no other reason than to keep her fierceness toned, amIright?

She's no dumby. She knows that there is plenty of anti-telepathy tech out there and/or ways around her brainy-talents. Good on her for keeping sharp with the punch-kick-combos! HeeYAH!

And how brilliant was that jab at Storm, eh? Eh??
