This is fun because Emma hasn't been a playable character since X-Men Legends I, which I haven't played because there is no legacy for the Xbox 360 and my PS2 has been gone for years.

Yeah, it's an MMORPG....for kids, but I'm positive it's mostly 18+ people playing, like me. LOL

It's hard to get characters worth gold though, unless you pay a subscription fee...here's what I told nikbackm:

The game is free with an option for a subscription account of $9.99/mo or more. They give you several free characters, and some characters are worth silver, which can be obtained with a free account. However, gold is VERY hard to obtain without a subscription account, so I caved in today and bought a $9.99/mo subscription that gives me 500 gold every month. Emma is worth 600 gold, and I already had 150 gold from which I started off with. I will probably cancel my subscription since I now have Emma.....haha.

The game works like a simple MMORPG: collect your dailies, level up through missions, get new powers, buy rooms for your heroes, etc. There is in-game chat, but it is very limited, as is the friends list - granted the game is supposed to be for youngsters.

It's very cute, and they encourage you to feed your heroes, buy them stuff, etc. It sort of feels like a virtual pet game too.

hmm...only if i use charged-VPN to locate my IP address in the US, but it's very unstable...and i guess you know the thing called "Great Fire Wall" in China LOL

Is it... laggy? XD That's normally a turn off for me with MMORPG's, which is generally why I don't play a lot. But for this... I've been interested since it came out, but normally people shrug it off as kiddy and all that stuff. But... the lag is a bit of a deal breaker. xD

I bought Emma Frost today, I was playing as her (by myself) in the Sabretooth mission. She wasn't too effective by herself, though her first special attack was pretty useful, but I'm hoping thinks work out better if she has a team.
She has the same combo as Jean Grey, but with less range and more damage.
I can't wait to unlock more of her special attacks.

Nope, it's not laggy for me. You have the option to choose the graphics level - if you choose 'fastest,' it shouldn't be laggy at all. It is a browser-based game too.
