I thought you would at least like the panel where Laura is implying that she would castrate him.

I love her as a killing machine too. It's strange that the writers haven't played up the fact that she's just 16 and scott summers coldly encourages her to be a killer, I mean thats a great story that they could easily allude to in just a simple line here and there. Instead they almost want you to forget how young she is. After necrosha and second coming when the other x-men have to come to terms with cyclops' decision to create x-force this issue needs to be addressed. If laura was used in this way by anyone on the avenger's teams, except dark avengers, This would have resulted in a major beat down.

It was addressed upon a little during the last arc and it might be touched upon in Second Coming. I just wonder where Laura will go if she's taken off the team.

That's the thing with Laura stories...for the most part they're dark gritty and glum. The most light hearted story she'll probably end up in is the Pixie mini.

And we get that awesome art for a whole issue. I'm sad that timbox didn't try to force the art on me more. I'm even more sad that I didn't recognize that she did the art for that X-Force issue that had Bard's backstory.

Well, she can really change her style, sometimes it looks just typically comic/cartoonish and other times it looks like this.
Anyway, she also drew the NYX-sequel (without Laura >_<)
