What issue of Avengers Arena is that?

I'm getting the book. But I pick it up to read whenever. Laura is not a starring character (not that I expected her to be). And I really don't care about the other kids. Not that Hopeless is a bad writer, I certainly think that he's doing a much superior job than Gage did in that kiddie book (I forget the name now) he put out. But Laura's not featured heavily enough in AA in order to engage any kind of discussion.

Wow that's a beautiful picture. Maybe I will make a poster out of it. I just realized that it's Mike Deodato! He did such a great job at DC. I would love to see him do a full issue featuring X-23.

Well, Laura's not really had the focus until issue #7, aside from some brief appearances. Issue #7 was nice though, Loveless seems to get her. Bugs me that he used contractions for her speech and the artist made her eyes blue.

This X-23 was very in character; calculating and deadly, yet not a ruthless killer, the one thing that didn't match was her speech pattern, even with the contractions-thing aside, it was very wordy (for the lack of a better term), this may be just me, but isn't she usually more laconic?

I like that picture, proof that she is also the best at what she does and I really like the hair style

Well... let's be honest... I'm sure she's picked up something like "contractions" by now. ;D

I still see her as one of the bigger characters in the Arena cast, though.

Yeah, I'm writing the contractions off, and that surprise look she gave Juston, as character development. She was portrayed well enough in that issue.

All right sure, I can roll with the contractions thing. ON another note I would have preferred if she jumped in to help out Juston though. She did stand up to Phoenix powered Emma Frost ot help him out after all.

Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way.

Nicely done and I like it even if I am no fan of the sports bra

I really like the picture, Laura looks so lean and deadly and yet well muscled, yet not inflated like a bodybuilder, I love it

It looks awesome (even if I don't like the bare mid-riff, and, where is her pelvis?) I like the dark colour scheme (it's from her X-Force days, isn't it), the way she holds herself, the hint of blood in the water and on the claws, her face (though not the smile, I don't think she is the type of character to smile in a situation like that) and the dark long hair! The entire picture makes me wonder who is that mysterious stranger? How can she be so beautiful when there are claws coming out of her hands? Why is there blood on them an in the water?

The truth is, fans of her know or at least can guess most answers, however it would make an excellent comicbook cover
