Marvel Comics: The Untold Story by Sean Howe. I don't know how much of it is really all that "untold," but I liked the previews that've been posted around the web over the last week.

"I can't complain. I got to be Jim Morrison for the first half of my life, and Ward Cleaver for the second half." - Warren Zevon.
My copy of Robert Rankin's The Garden of Unearthly Delights disappeared. As it was very high in my reading que I picked up another cheap copy.
Also...
Organ Grinders by Bill Fitzhugh
Wish You Were Here by Tim Holt
God is My Broker and Little Green Men by Christopher Buckey, and
Duncan Delany and the Cadillac of Doom by A. L. Haskett.
The Lions Club had their yearly used books sale, so we customers have the double pleasure of collecting good stuff and seeing our money go to charity.
For a dollar each:
China Mieville's Perdido Street station
St. Augustine's Confessions
Catherine L. Moore's Shambleau
A. E. Van Vogt's The silkie and Rogue ship, the latter with a Henri Lievens cover
Richard Adams' Watership Down
Vonda McIntyre's Dreamsnake, a little battered,
and two Anticipation Fleuve Noir titles, one by Peter Randa, my favorite writer in that line of French SF novels.
I may go back for seconds, because of the volunteers working at the sale rold me they had many more boxes ready ro be opened and that at the end of the slae, most unsold books will be destroyed. A sin, I say!
