    Which should i start with?
    Deadpool classic?
    Deadpool and Cable?
    or just the Deadpool series

Start with Deadpool Classic -- 3 volumes out so far. It starts with his New Mutants first appearance, then his first 2 minis, and then gets into Kelly's run, which is the best the character has ever been by far.

    Amazon or instocktrades.com.

Depends how your tastes lie -- I'm not much of a fan of the overly slapstick, constant 4th wall breaking joke of a character he's become since Kelly stopped writing him.

Tell us more about what you like -- that way everyone can get a better idea of what you are looking for.

Of course everybody will have difference opinions and confuse you anyway -- but such is life on the internet.

Personally, I would skip the original series and start with Cable and Deadpool. Deadpool alone is very funny, but when Fabian paired him with Cable he gave us something more. You see, Cable is very complex and story driven, but "boring" (in a sense) as a character. Deadpool is a brilliant character, BUT he wants nothing/has no drive, so making excellent stories around him is quite tough. Hence Cable and Deadpool; the best of both worlds.

If you love Cable and Deadpool; you should definitely go back to his earlier solo series (Deadpool, I mean) AND look up his two new series: Deadpool and Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth.

    I'm gonna second that one.

Now would be the time to jump on board with this one. You could either go ahead and buy the floppies for #1-6, or you could get the trade when it comes out. (Presumably soon.)

Issue 7 -- the start of the second arc -- is coming out next Wednesday.

    Hope that helps!

Cable & Deadpool is the only worthwhile Deadpool stuff. Possibly Kelly's Deadpool but I haven't read it.

There are two types of Deadpool fans:

    (1) Joe Kelly who first launched Deadpool's monthly

    (2) Fabian Niceiza 50 amazing issues with Cable & Deadpool

I'm convinced that Cable & Deadpool is one of the best collection of stories that I've read. At times where I feel bored with comics, almost burnt out, I remember why I love comic books when I read this series.

As a fan that spends 50 to 80 bucks a week on comics, I say that Cable & Deadpool is the only series that you need to read. That's just my opinion though.

Um, there's three actually. There's also a group of recent converts who think that Daniel Way's Deadpool is awesome.

    Not me though.

I love both Joe Kelly and Fabian Nicieza's runs on Deadpool. I am also pretty fond of Gail Simone's run on Deadpool. And I liked Chris Priest a fair amount as well.

Currently, I am pretty fond of Victor Gischler's take on Deadpool. You get the feeling that almost anything could happen at any moment.

Lol i love some of Way's issues. But he's really inconsistent.

Sometimes he's great, and sometimes it isn't that funny.

Cable & Deadpool is bloody brilliant though.

But there are hardcore Joe Kelly fans though.

Although I like Daniel Way, I definitely think Joe Kelly's run is stronger.

But not as good as Nicieza's Cable & Deadpool though.
