It's nice to see Dark Times ship, it's been awhile.
I can't wait for Solomon Kane though. Looks great.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.
Solomon kane, The Castle of the Devil was delivered straight from the wheel house of writer Scott Allie's strength. It was almost impossible to tell where the original voice of Robert Howard left off and the voice of Scott Allie picked up the narrative. The tale had more a feeling of collaboration than rejuvenation and if I didn't know better I'd swear Scott was somehow channeling the spirit of Robert Howard to write this series. If the new book, Death's Black Riders is half as good as the first story arc this will be a great start to the new year.
Just how the creative team of Michael Oeming and Taki Soma will wrap up the final chapter of Rapture is beyond me. We're talking flesh eating zombies, star crossed lovers, a world abandoned by the very superheroes they'd come to depend upon so heavily and a host of new spear wielders. This book has it all!
Dark Horse is putting out some of the most original and interesting books in the comic industry today.
Man, I can't wait for Wednesday!
Dark Times finally!!!!!!!!!WoooohaHoooooooooo!![]()
