Okay so: The "Question" co-feature in "Detective Comics" will remain unchanged.
So I guess it stays when Batwoman leaves... YES!!

As far as I know, no, they said that Detective Comics was one of the titles whose Co-Feature would maintain the same character and creative team following the slight revamp of the co-features. I don't believe it has been said anywhere that it would be moving to Batwoman title.
A while ago they were saying that the main story in Tec would switch for a while and Question would become the main, no? This was before we ever knew Batwoman would get her own title. I took this to assume that when Kate gets her own title they will still have the Question arc to take the place of the main feature
There is still the Cutter arc to occur in Tec, right? Well during that arc the back-up will remain unchaged, as we have been told ^. After that though I wouldnt be surprised if Tec becomes a Question book.
Batwoman, Animal Man, Swamp Thing, Green Arrow, Superman, The Wake, Harbinger, Harbingers Wars, Prophet, Saga, Walking Dead, Great Pacific, Revival, Thor God of Thunder
I have no idea what the status of that is now. I suppose it's possible that she could be the lead for a few issues, as originally intended. But it's quite a jump from there to assuming that it will be permanent. And that notion would seem to contradict what Rucka said in the interview about having conversation about possibly continuing to do the lead feature in Tec. He's already committed to the Question.

I got the impression there may be a few months in between. I think the whole motivation for the change in plans was that Williams wouldn't have the next story done in time to put it in Detective.

Does anyone think that the story got better when Williams switched to a more classic style?
I remember in the beginning that i was worried that Kate was going to become a bit of a cipher just to make more room for the art or whatever.
this continues to amaze.
Loved everything about this issue, but it was VERY wonky that her dad made her costume, AND that it fit perfectly on the first try!!! Bleah. I count that out of my head. but the rest of the issue rocked.
for the art, I think Stewart deserves more credit too.
