The biggest news of the chapter is that SUC has a better class of steroid they can give out to their mooks. Probably at the cost of even faster self destruction but thats just how these things work. And if these pills can pump someone like Chang Ho up to the level of being a threat they heroes could be in trouble.

The thing is that he's not. A threat, I mean.
Shioon, without using either ki or techniques and despite being taken off-guard, was dodging the guy fairly well. If he was healthy, he could most likely just one-shot Chang Ho. Again.

Pretty much.
Currently Shioon is a guy with no ki. He's good but far from his old self.
Back when he actually could use ki the guy basically took on Murim after Murim and casually beat them in one night, only stopping his winning streak when he came face to face with someone who is a badass master.

I wish Shioon would just recover already, because I really want to know how crazy he is by now after his imaginary training and the statements that recovering from a blocked ki center makes you a lot stronger.
