Well they say they brought the person to the hospital and its too early to tell the condition, so its almost certainly a patient. They call it a blunder implying they feel they should have been able to prevent it. And they decide not to tell the kid because it could mess with him.

That all adds up to someone with a personal relationship to the kid is injured to me.

I dunno, we've never seen him stabbed before. He could have been at this level all along and we never really noticed because all the injuries have been internal so far. Given the kinds of injuries he has had to have racked up fighting the people he has and how quickly he got back up from them, its not a stretch for him to heal relatively small hole in an extremity.

I wonder who the person that was just taken to the hospital is. Given they just had a conversation this chapter about his mom who hasn't shown up in forever, I'd say she is a pretty good guess. But it could be his girlfriend too. I would guess that whoever it is was targeted by SUC to get back to the kid for not joining them as a threat.

Reading the chapter again, I just realized something.

Why would smiling sword want to find shioon right now? Smiling sword may have a grudging respect for Shioon's courage, will and determination, much like that other kid rival of his from part 1, but given that he doesn't know about either the medicine or the special training. Shioon really shouldn't be on his list of 'people I want backing me up most in a fight.'

So why does he suddenly need to find Shioon right now?

I can think of two possible reasons:
1. He wants the Sun-Woo clans help, but doesn't realize that Shioon is not really in a position of influence right now

2. The SUC girl took some hostages off screen and is demanding Shioon be brought to her.
