It's going to look beautiful, no doubt about that, but Len Wein hasn't exactly been at the top of his game lately....

Plus, really, do we really need a DC comic that explores and celebrates the myriad legacies and history of the DCU? Don't they already basically do that every single month in half their titles, with all the soft regression that we keep getting (Barry Allen and Hal Jordan as two big examples)?

This. One of the things that they've been constantly beating us over the head with for the past 6 years is the concept of legacy. That's how we got New Blue Beetle, New Firestorm, New Atom, New Phantom Lady, etc., etc., ad inf., in such a short time period.

    Cool!

It's almost like you could call this attempt to take a look at the DC Universe past a project!

    A DC Project...

    Hrm.

Sounds cool. I hope there's some sort of overarching story, though, some enemy that each generation deals with in its own way. Otherwise, it's not really a story, just a series of smaller stories, isn't it?

"It has a bit of a 'Marvels' feel, which I still think is a wonderful book, and I think it's wonderful to tell the history of the DC Universe in this manner."

If it's anything like Marvels, I'm sold.
Pull List: Action Comics, Green Lantern, GLC, GL: New Guardians, Justice League, The Flash, Batman Inc, Batman, Nightwing, Batman & Robin, Dial H, Animal Man, Frankenstien, Earth-2
