    Default Peter Parker's birthday

    Was it ever established in the comics what Peter Parker's birthday is?

    If not, I nominate August 10. (That's the day in 1962 that Amazing Fantasy #15 came out, right?)

    It actually came out on the 10th? I didn't know that. If it's true, that's some fine sleuthing you did there. If it's not the actual date, I nominate the 15th of August.

    I remember reading that somewhere, I don't know that it's actually true.

    I am interesting in finding out how many times they have showed Peter's Birthday in the comic.

    I don't think supers have set birth dates -- otherwise, he really WOULD be into his 50s or 60s by now.

    Well, they could just name a month and day (or really just a time of year) rather than a specific year to avoid what you're talking about.

    Edited to answer my own question: ASM #500 came out in December, so I'd say Peter's birthday is sometime in the late fall or early winter.

    Since Peter is supposed to be the everyman, then he should have the birthday that most people can relate to;

    Plus, it's my birthday.

    But Revenge of the sinister Six was in the summer, if I am not mistaken. Does anyone remember anything else? I think in David's run there must be some one more.

    It will also be interesting to see how many times Peter visited Gwen's grave.

    I guess that means issue #500 also took place in the summer. I don't recall there being anything in the story to dispute that.

    Offhand, though, I can't think of any other birthday instances.
