Frankly... i don't think any modern singer/performer can equally parallel Dazzler...
She would have to:
1.Be beautiful without looking plain.
2.Have a pure singing voice capable of moving the gods (even Odin)
3.Be able to take a beating and give it back with gusto.
4.Be a rad dancer.
5.Have a junkie mother who ran out on her.
6.Be a little promiscuous.
7.Have a miscarriage
8.Marry a blonde TV star from another dimension, and divorce him.
9.Have an affair with a Frank Sinatra-esque character who outs her as a mutant in her debut film which flops causing a surge in anti-mutant hysteria forcing her to take refuge with an outlaw/hero team of mutants.
10.Oh yeah, and have the ability to transduce sound into various froms of light including lasers, dazzle bursts, solid photos, neutralising force fields, mood-altering light bubbles etc.

I've always thought we could do better than Kylie as Dazzler. Not that I don't love Kylie, I just don't really see her as Dazzler. She's too tiny!

If XTreme Xmen all takes place prior to AvX (because Dazzler was in like 4 panels of the thing) I wonder if she will show up elsewhere in Marvel Now. I know it is highly unlikely, but I can dream.
