I wish they would have explored some of her powers more in the 616; it was obvious in AoA that she was capable of much more. As for the AoA 20th Anniversary special ... that story was fairly horrible.

The bare shoulders does WONDERS for the costume. Of course, it's still no where near as glorious as her original one, but at least it's been improved! Kudos again to Lightengale on this.

You can just tell she's about to give Cyclops a run for his money when it comes to eye beams, but of course she'll never be allowed to upstage Cyke in Fraction's book. Shame. Eye lasers > Eye beams.

I agree we need more eye lasers. Back in the Aussie years she was always eye lasering folks down, especially Rogue. Now that I think about it another thing Betsy and Alison have in common is beating Rogue up. ^_^

Those eye beams are tantamount to his feeling of self-worth/manliness. He'd feel emasculated if Dazzler were to outshine him with her eye lasers. And rest assured, she WILL outshine him.
