Wally's costume is something different. That black costume is just Kollins homaging Van Sciver's Flash Rebirth #1 cover- Blackest Night style.
Artistically, Manapul and Kollins on the Flash reboot is more than I could ever ask for. This is awesome.

Man, I can't wait for this series to start. Johns+Manapul+Kolins... man...
I also want to see what this new costume looks like.Yeah, um, uh... In Blackest Day or Brightest Night... uh, watermelon, cantaloupe, yada yada... a superstitious and cowardly lot... with liberty and justice for all!
