I heard about this movie from a small flier stuffed in the CD case of Rob's album Educated Horses and had been looking forward to it, but I had no idea that this was a comic before hand.
Zombie hasn't done anything worthwhile in... i don't know, 15 years? That includes comic, animation, movies and music.
That's cause the comic started at Crossgen.
Then when they went under, Val Staples tried to do the book on his own with his MV Creations line (same time as he was doing He-Man).
When the plug was unfortunately pulled from that one, Zombie's book never finished in single issue format. You can only get the whole story in the trade.
I never bought it and still won't because if I remember correctly there were only two issues that were never published.
And there's no economic reason to rebuy a trade for just two issues.
I was surprised how much I liked the movie.
That Colourin' Dynamo...5?
