That might be part of why Atrocious is the most powerful lantern.

I like the switching of narration.

Someone already pointed this out and it appears to be correct:

    The narrators of GL :

GL 43 - Black Hand (Black)
GL 44 - Hal Jordan (Green)
GL 45 - Carol Ferris (Violet)
    GL 46 - Sinestro (Yellow)

    and now

    GL 47 - Atrocitus (Red)

and apparently given the solicits, Larfleeze seems to be narrating next month's issue.

Yup. I love it, something different, different perspectives. Very cool.

Doesn't that means they just need to cut off his hand and claim his ring, instead?

Although that trick may only work with hearts ONLY, which may mean that Red Lanterns are basically not proper for heart-ripping.

Question: What are the names of all the Five Inversions?

    http://www.comicvine.com/five-inversions/65-56434/

    Comicvine says 1) Atroticus, 2) Qull, 3) Kultonius, 4) Qurr, 5) Worz

Yet, this preview (via Atroticus) mentions a Roixeaume, which I think is the breasted one. Leaving one name too many in the comicvine list.

This poster who I know on the dcboard quotes I think accurately from GL 45: "Qull of Ryut . Worz of Ryut . Kultonius of Ryut . Qurr of Ryut . Laira of Jade . RISE."

    http://dcboards.warnerbros.com/web/m...eID=2005523077

So, this an error? GL 47 doesn't show five inversions coming to get Atroticus, only four. Roxeaume...what is the deal with this character?

Atrocitous is one of the Five inversions, which is why only four are attacking him. He killed the other four.

I know Atroticus is one of the five.

My point is that I think one Inversion is not being shown then, because Roixeaume, Qull's sister, is not a formal Five Inversion from what I can tell. Seems the real five are: Atroticus, Qull, 3.Worz, 4. Kultonius, 5.Qurr. Yet this preview treats Roixeaume as one, because where is the other one then (and I don't mean Atroticus, I mean the other dead Inversion that isn't Roixeaume).

If you don't understand what I mean, then try this at home: read the GL 47 preview, keep a count of the Inversions, and consider that sources seem to say that Roixeaume is not one of the Five. And one the sources is GL 45 apparently.

    I noticed this as well.

I don't think Qurr is actually an Inversion. But she's still probably a Necromancer who was imprisoned on Ysmault. But like, if you think back to the past appearances - way, way, way back in Tygers the only Inversion you could really see was Qull - he was the only important one (you could see four more, and "Five Inversions were mentioned" but they weren't drawn in any detail.

Then when Atrocitus murdered them all right after Sinestro Corps War, they were all still pretty hard to see, drawn from long distances, the only one that was zoomed in on and shown as important was Qull once more.

So it's hard to verify, at least historically. But I still don't think Qurr is one of the Five.

I don't think Qurr is actually an Inversion.
Why did you single out Qurr specifically as not being an Inversion? What I mean is, where are all the names mentioned, what comic? Are the names clearly connected to a face with regards to Qurr, Worz, and Kultonius? It isn't Moore's Tygers, which only mentions Qull and Roixeaume.

Also, what do you think of GL 45 apparently mentioning "Qurr of Ryut" rising consecutively with Qull, Worz, and Kultonius rising...and Roixeaume is I think not listed?
