Space is disease and danger wrapped in silence and darkness.
Stark Reassembled sound pretty logical to me....
What a disappointing piece of crap.
What an implausible ending.
How the hell did Fraction win an Eisner for this garbage??
Quoted for truth. To be honest, the bad art wore me down, and the story went on too long. Watching Tony becoming full retard over twelve issues was...a waste. No lie though, if the art were better... well... yeah.
So, Stark places himself in the hands of Thor? I think Fraction is shipping them.
If Iron Man was anyone but Stark, i'd be severely disappointed.
Every man is guilty of the good he did not do.
Has Tony relearned to wipe his ass after taking a crap?
I've been mostly hearing about this story secondhand, and reading friends' copies when I can....sounds interesting, but there's something with the resolution as discussed in the article that bothers me. How does Donald Blake willingly acting as Stark's personal physician reconcile with Thor's issues with Stark over his actions in Civil War? Did they make peace with each other at some point that I'm not aware of?
Sorry guys but this by far was the best Iron Man story in a long time.
Haven't read the book since the first arc, but if it's as bad as his X-Men, I'm not interested.
I liked the first arc well enough, but the uneven art was a distraction, and I wasn't all that interested in reading a year-long arc until it was finished. So I just bought the issues I missed, and I'll be reading it in the near future.
However, I will say that Fraction is kind of bordering on unoriginality. Having both of his titles have the same approach? Doesn't sound that great; and I hated how it played out in Uncanny. But I also think the biggest problem with Uncanny has been his need to be "cool" and "hip" with no regard to the story.
I really can't judge the book since I haven't read it in a year, but I think redesigning the book for little reason reeks of superficial crap, as I don't think the book would need a redesign if it was so good.
Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey and reminds us to cherish every moment, because it'll never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we've lived. After all, we're only mortal. - Jean-Luc Picard
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move. - The Guide
Thor and Tony never made peace with each other. But Tony did name Blake his personal physician anyway, and I don't think Blake or Thor would turn their backs on Tony in this situation. Tony did wrong by Thor, but he's putting his life in Thor's hands anyway. I suppose it's kind of a big deal for a control freak like Tony. He has given up control over himself and given it to Thor.
