It's awesome to see all the love for Herc. I'm really hoping that Pak and Van Lente have plans for him after Chaos War.

One more reason to love Hercules:

That's why Marvel gave him a 7 in fighting skills.

Hercules classic garment is pretty flimsy , at times exposing his manhood to others ..... or maybe that's intentional.

Pak's run on Herc is easily one of my all time favourite reads since getting into Marvel. He gets the mix of action, drama and comedy perfect. I wanna see a limited series with him and Ares fighting in Hell, but eventually working together to escape.

Love me some Herc. Even as a Deadpool fan it annoys the hell out of me that crap like Deadpool Corps sells and epic books like Incredible Herc had barely 20k readers and got canned.

Having never read many books with him in it, I had this irrational dislike of him. I just saw him as cheesy. And I had a similar problem that I also had with Thor at one time, which is that they are previously established figures who just happen to exist in the Marvel universe. I can't explain it nowadays, but it bothered me.

Anyway, I read The Incredible Hercules and realized the error of my ways. That was really one of the best comic series I have ever read and now I can't wait for Hercules to hopefully have a new series.

Alright, the last issue of Chaos War is out next week and supposedly we will find out what Herc will be up to next at the very end of the issue.

So do you think there will be a new Hercules regular series announced or do you think we'll only see our favorite Greek hero throughout the Marvel U?

I know Herc will be popping up in Inc. Hulk 620 and 621, but haven't read anything in the solicits further about his appearance. Cho is supposed to appear in the April issues of Hulk.

My hope is that we see a new Herc regular title. I have thoroughly loved the Inc. Herc series and while Chaos War hasn't been as great as I had hoped, I do think it's been pulling alot of the subplots together nicely and the last issue of CW could lay the foundation for a great new series with incredible stories for the Lion of Olympus!

My favorite Bob Harras story that has ever seen print. To this day, I still love to read it.
There are four stages of matter. Solid. Liquid. Gas & Don't. It's science.
I am a male. Deal with it.

All four pages taken from here a great online summary of Shulkie's relationship with Herc).
