I want to see SW be a more physical hero from now on- a lot more upfront in combat scenarios, and more real magic spells..

So what's going on with Wanda at the moment? Is she part of the Avengers again? I do love the character (sorry for the noobish question)
She's on a cover or variant cover fighting the Phoenix and with being in the AvX #0 she is supposed to do something in this series, it will probably at least chart her route in broad terms.
Would you guys rather see Wanda in a sequel to First Class, or a future Avengers movie?
The interesting thing is the X-side has been more generous to Wanda in the cartoon department.
Wanda, and Pietro, was a major character in X-men:Evolution and Wolverine and the X-Men and they appeared in a brief episode of the old X-men:TAS to explore the Magneto angle.
On the Avenger side she was a major character in the much mocked and cut short 1999 Avengers series and a extremely re imagined for the old Irom-Man:TAS.

Avengers Movie! All her best moments are with the Avengers. It's a shame they can't deal with her dad but they could always leave him undefined and just say he's a terrorist. I want to see the cool moments like marrying the Avengers and matching Cap, Steve and Thor in iconic Avenger status.
I would like more of a back story about Wanda's mother, Magda.
Are we supposed to believe that a heavily pregnant woman can climb a mountain in the middle of a snow storm, and just happen to stumble across the only kitchen door in the area?
What if, much like Jessica Drew's dad was being used as a vassell for the astral spirit of Magnus (so as to help the High Evolutionary fight off Chthon), Magda was a vassell for Morgan Le Fey? Or even more sinister, what if Magda was a disciple of Chthon?
Also, could there be a history of active mutant genes on Magda's side of the family? It could explain why Wanda got energy manipulation powers similar to her father's, while Pietro got super-speed.
To be fair, the X-Men side of things has had more of an opportunity to use her and use her well. The problems with the old Avengers and Iron Man cartoons in general among fans was largely that neither of the cartoons was what the fans wanted. Iron Man was a throwback of sorts to '80s action figure cartoons, with the "team" of heroes and "team" of villians constantly battling each other. And the '99 Avengers didn't fit people's preconceived notions of what an Avengers cartoon should be (no Cap, no Iron Man, no Thor) and drew visually from a more Japanese anime/tokusatsu kind of design style that most fans at the time derided as "Power Ranger-y"(I'm guessing that's some sort of insult). Personally, I liked both shows for what they were. There was nothing specifically badly done about Wanda in either show (well, okay, maybe the accents).

I'd like to see Scarlet Witch back with The Avengers, but right now a little solo mini-series would be great.

I'd like to see Chris Yost write a miniseries for her. I think he has a good grasp to a lot of classic heroes and he's admittedly a fan of her.
That is true...Though, the X-Men have had many more cartoons compared to the Avengers. Wanda (just a photo of her) has been seen in the new Avengers: EMH cartoon so hopefully she'll show up there soon.
Haha, I actually liked the idea of her having an accent.

Actually thinking about it they added Wanda to the Superhero Squad in the second season so +1 to the Avengers side![]()
