PIS is never on in Rumbles, no matter what the OP states. We don't play that game here. All it does is lead to endless arguments and fights that go any way someone wants.

It's also nonsensical on a board where the convention is 'high-end showings consistent with the character's depiction'. Let's leave PIS for people who want to use low-end showings.

Don't think Wondar Woman's infamous speed blitz will be a factor against a being that travels at untold speed, unassisted at time, through the vacuum of space. This is no walk in the park but BRB is just to powerful for the princess Diana.

Or average showings. And that, too, is just a synonym for, "The fight goes however I want it to go. Curse those evil CBR people for making both characters fight by the exact same standards."

Still, this will probably just be the Beta-Ray Bill version of the argument about how fast Thor is. But Thor has those early 1960s speed showings. As far as I know, Bill doesn't have any equivalent speed showings, certainly nothing to match WW's speed showings. She should speed blitz him senseless unless there are feats I don't know about.

More leeway in a scenario match but, even then, the most likely result is she has a new horse in her stable if she is nice enough to defeat him without killing him which she easily could- kill him OR defeat him without killing him.

There's a big difference between straightline movement speed (flight, running) and reflex/ hand/ combat speed. If there are feats showing Bill has speed approaching what WW has displayed, then I'd give him a serious chance. In fact, probably things would swing in his favor if he could even get close to matching her combat speed.

Bill has a recent speed showing with ship vs Surfer, ok its brief and Surfer beats him. Its generally accepted heralds are speed maniacs like Flash fast,
its easier to count the slow ones, slow heralds are Terrax and Red Shift (a brick as tough as Surfer but he has no speed feats). Bill has another far more impressive vs Stardust, this is a another fight in deep space it has the works it has blocking, striking, energy blasts, planets going boom and black holes opening up. I don't know if Diana is fast enough to block BRB's shots, it is also generally accepted she is slower than Superman.
