Let's face it, when it comes to bondage in Wonder Woman Marston was ahead of us all. If he lived today...
But really when I look at the bondage from the GA WW I can't help but think of the 1960's Batman show. Like WW they were tied up at least once per show/issue and Batgirl went in for her share of it as well.

But in 1966-67 there was nothing wrong with it. I'm not sure if that is a sign of society enlightening or going downhill. Batman the series was a bondage fest long before Batgirl showed up, but while the bondage was there it was never overtly sexual. If you look at some of the shows of that era, Penelope Pitstop, Bugaloos, stuff for kids you'll see a lot of danger and bondage, but not a hint of sex.

I mean, really, if you look at Betty Paige's stuff, it's entirely tame and ... really ... almost asexual. She was gorgeous, and a wonderful model, but there just wasn't that much going on in her work, sexually. She certainly never saw as anything but just good fun.

So, certainly, bondage doesn't equal sex.

That's all I've found so far. You can find both of them on comicvine.com in Artemis' gallery. The second one is drawn by an up and coming artist named Alex Oliver. Apparently, Ed Benes owns an art studio and teaches artists, and this guy is one of his students. There's a whole site showing off the work of the Benes family and various students. You can even buy some of them. Alas, the second image has already been bought. Nevertheless, all the people on that site DO take commissions.
