Dan Didio, a writer now? :?

He started with DC by co-writing SUPERBOY with Palmiotti for about a year, and has written some short story stuff in other DC books over the years of being the top editor (incl. the Wednesday Comics METAL MAN strip).

I almost definitely won't check out Outsiders but I think that Wednesday Comics shows that Dan Didio is actually a perfectly decent writer.

I think Didio has a good chance of getting into the swing of things with writing a comic. And if anyone here has watched the 3-D cartoon called ReBoot, he was involved with that, and it's still a classic

OUTSIDERS has always been just shy of being a good book for me. Maybe Didio will give it what it needs. I'll check it out but I have yet to stick with a single creative team's whole run since the book restarted (under Winnick/Raney).
