Enough stickies!

They're going to take up the whole blooming front page. What's the actual criteria? Why, for example, is the fun thread about kangas not left to go up and down the board according to activity? Or Tech or No Tech?

(And no making this a Sticky - we Brits don't get irony . . .)

Eh. The forum's only been up a short time. Nine stickies ain't too bad, and I presume stuff will get unstuck in time.

I agree. The introduction and links threads are the only ones that need to be stickied.

I'll look into it. I "stuck" some of the threads initially because the board was new, and I thought they were worthwhile threads. But, it might be time to set some of them free. :)

In actuality, instead of taking up "the whole blooming front page" they are actually taking up approximately 1/4 of the page.

I mean unless you don't er... scroll. If that's the criteria then it um... depends on the font size you have set!

AHA!

THAT'S what's wrong!! I did realize there was a series of posts that seemed to remain at the top no matter what I did, yet about mid-way down the page things were functioning properly.

THANK YOU, MART! (Though I do feel kinda dumb I've been grumpin' about this for a couple days.......! ) I did not realize this was a 'feature.' LOL

Agreed. Too many stickies. And I'm not getting the criteria for stickies. Less important topics are stickied while important ones go unstickied (such as the 600 campaign!)
