So Emma's Omega level. Why couldnt she handle the Pheonix then? Is this actually ever said in the comic. I thought OMEGA level mutants were super rare?

Emma is definitely an Omega. Not even Jean could handle the Phoenix. That's why she killed a billion broccoli people, and Emma got it when it was its hungriest and most jealousy crazed.

So is Emma Frost going to have a leech in her head whenever anyone draws her now?

The Void will migrate to where Emma stores most of her power - her groin.

I don't think she is, and they are.

A lot of people use Omega level as a term for generally powerful. I don't even think Xavier is an omega level telepath. Emma is not going to transcend to a higher state of being any time soon.

Rachel mastered the Phoenix, and managed it for years. Subs do have all the power.

Yeah, and she also aborted billions of unborn babies. She's no role model.

I assume she's going to try and take the throne in NM. So long, Sam.

Okay, let's be sure I'm up date to on Emma - she's Omega Level, has a piece of potentially world-devouring darkness lurking within her, and oh yes, she's always been on the side of good.

She has turned into Jean - what's the point of this? If the writer wants a Jean character, bring back the original and let Emma remain a manipulative self-centered b____.

The new information about Emma's dream, who probably almost everyone thought was about Kitty, and her new black head tattoo really makes it seem she will be playing a huge part when the Sentry/Void storyline finally comes to the forefront.

Yes, they're using Emma as a way to tie the X-Men into the larger Marvel U. Not that her role wouldn't be perfectly interchangeable with Jean. God, this plot is so tired.

Oh, and Emma is now a precog.

Not necessarily, could have been "Bob" reaching out to her as the Void was getting control. The Sentry is supposed to have vast psychic powers.
