No, but I'm excited to read it. I'm glad to see DC taking a chance with the character.

On another note, I guess I hadn't consciously thought of 8 franchises but Dan's right : Superman, Batman, WW, GL, Flash, JLA, JSA, Titans.

While Dan has made some mistakes, for the most part, DC's line up is very, very good now.

Still need Hawkman and Aquaman back but I think they're in the works. Would love to see New Gods / Fifth World back too eventually.

And no I don't believe he's a "ludicrous liar" because:

1. I have never met the man.
2. I don't have access to DC's marketing research
3. I don't have access to fan mail asking for this character
4. I don't know the guy

This just struck me today and you beat me to posting it !

I'm sure it's been lumped under the Superman franchise, but it definitely deserves its own.

* NINE * franchises, Dan, and the LSH is not minor.

I'm pretty upset at their exclusion actually.

I love seeing video of DD because he's clearly passionate about comics and characters. And yep, LSH in a perfect world is a franchise but given that I've just read two of the best LSH stories of my life (in Action Comics and then Lo3W) I'd say that I don't care how DD views them - just keep giving me great LSH stories and I'm happy.

The Legion has a very strong connection to Superman and has basically just been rebooted. After some time once they get their own book again, I think Dido will consider them a franchise.
