His series sells like crazy, I imagine it was only a matter of time before he went from a crazy villain to anti hero.

Both of them are writing it as it alternates between Incredible and Hulk, I believe.

It's basically what Hrungr said. Two one shot stories exploring both sides (the brains and the brawn respectively) then followed by the event itself in Incredible and Hulk. No mini.

I'm guessing Hercules might do it's own arc that has something to do with the event for the sales.
