Yes! The FF are involved. But Sue disappeared. How surprising. ;)

I'm extremely excited for this new direction.
This may be the time for me to start picking this book up more often.
The new direction sounds good. I could care less about it turning "200" as it really doesn't affect me (I buy trades).
I'm more interesting in who the new artist is (The newsarama article on this mentions this).

The "celebrity guest star" approach to boosting sales, which this sounds like, doesn't exactly thrill me, but it certainly won't stop me from going along with the ride.
Plus, PAD Valeria has a very high awesome potential. Always liked that girl.

Space is disease and danger wrapped in silence and darkness.
Hm, could be just what the book needs to get back on track. Hopefully can just ignore the last 20 issues and love it again.
Shouldn't this be #203?

Please do so!I’d love to make use of Doctor Strange
This is beyond amazing news... thank you Marvel and Peter David.
But yeah, c'mon. The invisible woman disappearing? That's too rich.
I'm sure not all the stories will have such a campy concept at that (though that is hysterical), I'm trying to think of a few others:
My dream scenario so far is imagining Wiccan hiring them to help find his mom (since he can't count on magic to do it) while Hulkling comes in later suspecting for Wiccan sleeping around.
Or Dazzler having another stalker... a deadbeat Dad case ...
Bendis started to do this way back in Alias, but the tone didn't quite support balancing serious cases with truly silly ones (like finding Kazar's cat). In X-Factor, you could have a lot more fun with it.
I just hope we get to keep seeing Valerie as the team's mother figure. Layla functioned a similar way in her younger days ... it could be highly entertaining to see the two of them in one scene.
mattbib would likely be disappointed regarding David's comment that there are no available detectives for heroes in New York. Dakota North is currently based out of New York, I believe.
