The big about how they created X-23 reminds me how i actualy like her X-men Evolution version.
I think it's because that version is far less depressing in personality and appearance than her comic version.
An Avengers animated series with the original lineup? I wonder if they will make it in a modern style or more in a retro style ala Batman the Brave and the Bold?

Meh was looking forward to this, nothing new mentioned. That elevating Selene thing has been mentioned 3 to 4 times already.
I'm glad that Choi likes to draw X23 so much since that's what he draws almost exclusively within the pages of any given X-Force issue!
Kurt was mentioned! *swoons*
It could be so awesome if he found out about X-Force before the others. Would he tell the other X-men? Would he try to stop it? Would he break up with Logan? Would he just sit in his chapel and angst a lot...?
*sigh* I guess I answered my own question.

Good grief, I feel like banning you just for your obstinacy alone.
This is not about how veiled you can make your shots at Kyle and Yost, it's about the fact that you are far too obsessed with them. So no more shots, veiled or otherwise or else you're not going to be posting here anymore.

I was there. Not much annouced. The panel that Mike Choi did the day before was more entertaining IMO. Choi along with a few other artist were supposed to do a panel about the art industry, but Choi was the only one that showed up and he just went over how he got into the business, his creative process, advice for aspiring artists etc. I definately learned a lot from it.
I never got into this title, mainly because I'm not a fan of Clayton Crain's art, but now with the new Narcosha storyline coming I am getting interested in this title. I might start picking it up, so I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for a synopsis of the first 20 issues. I don't really want to spend the money on the back issues or trades. I'm kind of kicking myself for not going with this title earlier, as I like Kyle and Yost and Choi is really great too. Thanks for any help.
Torn loyalties! What if they have to make sure he keeps quiet? He might be harder to persuade than Elixir. What if they have to keep him drugged and locked up somewhere? What if Laura decides he needs to be eliminated and takes things into her own hands? How would Kurt himself be affected when he finds out the X-men are no longer following the Dream? Will he stay or leave (again)? The possibilities are endless! Kurt could have a purpose!
It will never happen!
Sigh.

The panel was very fun and appreciated Choi's thoughts and humour. However, I was just amazed that while the panel was going on. People just kept going up to get their books signed and the moderator did nothing about it. Several times the questions had to be repeated because the people on the panel was so focused on signing those books.
Hm...
There's wiki of course, fairly good summary so far, or other means... But I do suggest you try it out (only 2 hard covers/ 1 paperback out so far though). Crain's art can be annoying at times, where it's muddy or his colour palette is too limited, but it has some beautiful moments.
