I don't really watch any of the three channels at all nor do I know anything much about them, but the only thing I know from spike tv is deadliest warrior, so I'm going to say "Deadliest Warrior solos" for spike tv.

Oxygen has that excellent yoga program that comes on at like six in the morning. The host of that show can take Spike TV.

Spike, unless it has changed since I last saw it, is a lot like TNT, TBS and USA Network: It likes its set of shows and movies and repeats them ad naseum. While that isn't necessarily a bad thing because it works, it doesn't help in the originality department.

Lifetime used to air "Unsolved Mysteries" around Noon when I was in elementary and middle school. The eerie theme music and Robert Stacks voice make this a curbstomp for the TV station for women.

SpikeTV has the deadliest warrior. One of the worst programs I have ever seen. It is a bizzaro rip off of CBR. Thats the only redeeming factor that it has, other than muffintop hostesses.

We/O/Lifetime stomps this cause their actresses wear girdles or don't even try the skinny jeans.

How is Deadliest Warrior a bad show? I mean if it included fictional characters in a fight, sure it would really suck, but who wouldn't want to see historical warriors duke it out with each other. Granted, I didn't agree with some of the losses, but still.

Spike has deadliest warrior, but that show is cancelled out by the Blade series.

That said I don't think it can beat Oxygen. It's actually aired some movies that you wouldn't think would be on that channel, I've seen Goodfellas being played on there before.

We actually have a thread at SO dedicated to automatically discounting the show as useful analysis. That's how bad it is.
