Great best looking Ultimate X-Men in years and its the second to last issue. Great to see that marvel can finally be bothered to put tallent on this book now that it's cancled. And really classy uping the price for the last two issues.

Hitch's art on Reborn is looking pretty good. Like the scene with FDR.

    a) The last issue came out already. This is a one-shot followup. There is nothing after this.

    b) It's same writer as before.

I don't like making those general statements or bashing on something i only read about instead of having read it directly (well i also looked into each issue in a shop since i'm not stupid enough to buy a comic which i consider horrible).

But from the preview, every page of Ultimate X-men requim so far was art and dialoge wise better and more fitting than any issue of Ultimatum.

Hell Ultimate X-men hasn't looked and sounded so good anymore since the pre-Kirkman phase. I'm aware that Walking Dead and Invinicible are supposed to be great reads but his run on Ultimate X-men was... just wrong and wasted lot's of potential (i liked how he handled ultimate Shadow King though).

Also Carol Danvers looks like her actual self again. Not to forget that SHIELD looks more like it's old self too.

It seems to me that there is really someone trying to make the Ultimate Universe likeable again.

I just wonder if it will work. Especialy since there is no X-men title anymore and those are the ones i focus on.

    a) Call it what you will it's the last time the Ultimate X-Men will appear as a team according to all the Ultimatium hype.

    b) I was talking about the artist you donkey.

    c) I noticed you didn't have anything to say about the general statement I'm making; about them only caring about this book when its over and they want their last shot at my 4 bucks.

Black Panther #7 and Deadpool: Merc With a Mouth #2 definitely on my list. Deadpool seems to be getting some excessive attention these days, but #1 was actually half decent so i am definitely going to pick it up.

also, the hidden gem Destroyer has really been trucking and im quite excited about that one.

I'll probably get Reborn 2. It';s really on it's last legs though. I'll give the mini a shot and then decide if I want to keep Cap.

    Defo getting:

    Iron Man 16
UFF Requiem. I have every other issue.
War of Kings 6 Can't wait to see how it ends. Team Blackbolt FTW :)

Did anyone else miss any books this week due to "Diamond warehouse" issues on the West Coast?

My local shop didn't have Luke Cage Noir, the Marvel Index, the War of Kings books, and who knows what else. If anyone has a complete list of what didn't ship (if you had this same problem) it'd be appreciated.
