Default What would happen to the Marvel Universe if the Hulk died in World War Hulk ?

Another suggestion of a What could have happen if the Hulk were to die at the end of WWH ?

I mean what would happen to the Marvel Universe if both Banner and the Hulk were dead ?

Given the shit way he's been depicted since WWH, he would probably be better off.

But really, if he died, he'd just be brought back at some point within a year.

It's not just Marvel. It's a staple of all serialized storytelling.

And if Hulk died, no one would notice since one of his twenty-five kids would probably take his place.

Seriously, we should start calling the dude the Sperminator.

If that happened Pak would take the opportunity to just make Skaar replace him. Just like how Lyra replaced Jen. Kill the old, bring the new. I guess its Marvels motto.

Given that it's Loeb, killing Banner is just what I expect of him; it won't stick, but it'll definately happen. I'm caling it now.

I think the affect would be shocking like Michael Jackson's death. Some people are totally not into the individual(s), but when he is gone, it is felt throughout most of the MU.

Yeah, Skaar's story would pretty much play out exactly the same and he would end up on earth just like he did now and trying to conquer it.

Red Hulk is a toss up, they could still say that this Super Hulk Soldier program is needed as a preemptive measure for a next possible hero disaster.

Wow no love for Banner, for all the destruction the hulk has caused generally those he smashes deserve to be smashed. I think many would mourn the loss of one of the greatest minds the MU ever knew. I think those close to Bruce would just hope that maybe he finally found some peace where the latter part of his life was filled with pain, disappointment, and hate.

I think the MU would change in a Hulk-less world (disregarding the advent of Rulk and Shulk  ) by there perhaps being a more effective Hulkbuster program. Government funded programs would now have the time to develop effective methods to contain and/or destroy any Hulk-type menace in the future -- without any abrupt interruptions from the Hulk. It could also provide effective psychological means as well.

It could go a long way in helping the MU citizens.
