Wow, Huston finished writing this a year ago and the art is almost done.

A well scheduled and nice surprise, Marvel. Keep it up.

I did not care for Hustons Moon Knight, but I am up for the Luther Manning Deathlok. So I will give it a shot.

Read the interview. Huston nicely explained why he cares about Deathlok, and who knows, his words might pique your curiousity and prompt you to buy the old Deadlok book.

He seems to me like one of those hundreds of failed comic book characters that never got too popular because he sucked

    Cool

Depending on what else is on my plate, I just might pick this up. Great explanation by the writer and superb artwork, too.

Deathlok has always looked cool to me and he's a cyborg!!! Hellooo!

He's not exactly a failed project, it's just that not everyone goes ga-ga over pacifist/murderous cyborg story types. That's all. He's 'reintroduced' every so often just because he is a type of perfect sci-fi fantasy.

He's just one of those characters Maestro that could be on the cusp of greatness, but just never found his ground. But, like someone just said in this thread, he's a great sci-fantasy character though.

That's the same thing people used to say about Iron Fist, Ghost Rider, and Luke Cage.

Good point Super. All of those characters are a bit more respectable these days.
