Read the interview. Huston nicely explained why he cares about Deathlok, and who knows, his words might pique your curiousity and prompt you to buy the old Deadlok book.

He seems to me like one of those hundreds of failed comic book characters that never got too popular because he sucked

Depending on what else is on my plate, I just might pick this up. Great explanation by the writer and superb artwork, too.

He's not exactly a failed project, it's just that not everyone goes ga-ga over pacifist/murderous cyborg story types. That's all. He's 'reintroduced' every so often just because he is a type of perfect sci-fi fantasy. Originally Posted by Maestro
