Who do you think make the list for the Top 10 telepaths?

This is telepathic power only, and feel free to add their feats as to why they make the list. This is also based on their normal levels of telepatic power, and not on instances where they are powered up for whatever reason. Normal operating power levels.

Note- Excluding high-end cosmics and gods.

Here's my list:

1- Charles Xavier
2- Shadow King
3- Cassandra Nova
4- Cable
5- Emma Frost
6- Moondragon
7- Exodus
8- Mr Sinister
9- Rachel Grey
10- Quentin Quire

I'm not 100% on all the telepaths out there, but these are the ones I know of. If there are others, please let me know, or add your own list.

There was a telepath named Gamesmaster that might deserve a spot somewhere in the top 10.

All of the ones on your list, apart from Moondragon who is superior, are roughly equal to the point that ranking them is meaningless. Others of comparable power include Madelyne and Selene.

I'm taking that this is in current continuity terms? Because serious with The Phoenix in play Jean Grey leaps to the top of that list, and arguably would propel Rachel Summers far closer to the top too.

I'd also rank Psylocke higher into that list. Anybody who could imprison the Shadow King in her head...

I like the list, the only problem I might have is Moondragon. At the top of her game Moondragon is around Professor X and Shadow King level.

Stryfe being the clone of cable without the techno virus is a more powerful telepath than cable.

The initial post said that it excludes cosmics, so I'm not sure than Jean or Racheal with the Phoenix Force would count though.

IIRC, Moondragon has controlled thousands of minds on a planetary level, while Professor X has controlled the mental energy of billions of minds twice....maybe three times. Depending on how many people he made mental contact with to gather the mental energy around the solar system to help mind fck Ego.

Like i said, Moondragon should be taken out because she is cosmic.

Moondragon's power levels are inconsistent, like pretty much all comic book characters; in a given story she could be presented as roughly equal to any of the people on the list without causing plausibility problems. In general this is a problem with lists like this -- power levels for superhumans are in significant part determined by the demands of the plot, and in many cases the variation is too large to make comparisons meaningful.

Agreed...Moony while in possession of the Mind gem has messed Xavier up with a mind blast but in another storyline she (still in possession of the Mind gem) couldn't even get pass his group mental defensive during the Infinity Wars stories. All depends on what the story needs
