TEEN TITANS #76: "With the Teen Titans unraveling at the seams..." - When was this plot point last used? Oh yeah. EVERY Teen Titans issue for the past several years.
Does DC realize we LAUGH at this #^it now? Wash. Rinse. Change Writers. Repeat.

I dunno. Teen Titans is getting a new writer who isn't named Sean McKeever, so I expect a rise in quality.

Teen Titans should get revamped and a new #1 .... Titans should be revamped as New Titans and the status quo for the team should be the same for the next 2-3 years. Thats it....no big roster shakeups...no members quitting suddenly and showing up 2-3 issues later.

DC really isn't going far enough with the revamps ... I say Didio should just make it editorial policy to revamp Titans with every third or so issue! That's right ... every three months give or take, have a NEW first issue with a NEW editorial team ... for a few issues and then REBOOT!

Well, I know he isn't staying on for long, but the first issue of the filler writer was actually pretty good. No needlessly gorey deaths, no one quitting the team. Just the kids finally ditching the capes and going for a night on the town.

Well, I think instead of a retread like members leaving/drifting apart with their own interests etc. they need to do something COMPLETELY fresh, like...
Fight an evil version of the Titans!
Hell yeah! Can't wait! That would be so fresh and original and shockingly unexplored!

Plus since they have new writers, they're going to want to change the roster a little.

Sean McKeever isn't really a bad comic writer. But Teen Titans is totally controlled by Editorial. And he could not have two of the current volumes most popular members (Kon and Bart). Originally Posted by jamesfreeman

Well, I too think that he was muzzled by editorial (the bonhead roster changes were an example) but he slaughtered Marvin. Wendy was probably editorial since she needed to be crippled for the Oracle mini, but Marvin was him. Originally Posted by Kevinroc
