I've been buying this from Day 1. I love the way they've taken a character whose existance causes fundamental problems to the conventional Marvel universe (ie. he's an armed fascist that kills the villains and. almost by default, becomes a Marvel hero) and, basically, made a universe for him to have Vertigo-type storylines.
PunisherMAX is shedloads better than The Punisher Frank Castle or whatever the blue hell its called now.
Also, I just hope that they don't MAX-up guys that have no business being in the MAX universe. Like Spiderman, Captain America, The Thing etc, etc. I feel Bullseye and Kingpin may be an opening of a door that should not be opened.
Am I looking forward to this. Yeah. Just bring it on.
But, pretty please Marvel: do NOT pussy out and water down this title.

I love Aaron's work on SCALPED, so I'm definitely gonna pick this up...in trade's though, to join all the other Ennis Punisher MAX trades!
I forgot, did they ever reveal Bullseye's real name?

Yeah, dumb name but at least its outside of 616. They've pretty screwed up the regular Marvel universe beyond recognition. It will take a new EIC and many, many events to undo all the damage that has already been done. Kind of like what Obama is up against with GW crack regime.
