Ha ha, cool, nice to hear someone put "continuity" on the ice. I'm referring to the quote about "just enjoying comics" (I paraphrase) and if you care about continuity you'll go buy the comics, etc. Very nice. I'm all for continuity of course, and like your average comic book fan I get upset when it's trifled with, but I still feel it's a shrine to which many pray a bit fanatically, and it should be left behind when there's fun to be had... kudos, Palmiotti.
Jimmy's entry in week #1 was my second favorite story after the Batman one (obviously, I mean, I am the Gay Batman after all). Really sweet start to the story.

I ain't no hot dog, yo.
Best comment of the interview - "I assume both “The Times” and “The Post” had pretty good weekend comic sections." Successfully names the two newspapers that never had comics, period.
His interpretation of Supergirl is not like my own, I'd call Kara a brilliant young woman. I'd call Power Girl an unnecessary waste of space. If someone had called me a young girl at the age of 16 or 17 they would be in for a whole world of pain and my screams of 'what do you think I am, 10?'
...C'mon, Jimmy. We know the *only* difference between the two Karas. One's got humongous gazongas, the other has mosquito bites.
And amazingly enough, those size comparisons reflect their boobs *and* their brains...
I certainly enjoyed the supergirl story in #1 and #2. Not my favourite by any means, but still kinda funny seeing supergirl chase around after them super pets.
I love the way the dog tears the pants off the post man at the end.![]()
"You can't trust them as poets either. The true poet is anonymous, as to his habits, but these boys have to look, act, and apparently smell like poets"
Flannery O'Connor on the beats.
Very very charming story! Amanda Conner's art fits it so well. Streaky and Krypto are adorable. Can we see a Brave and the Bold starring these two pets?
I really love Wednesday Comics! Kudos to Mr. Chiarello and the team.
