You know what's funny? I wasn't really surprised that Shatterstar was gay. I was more shocked that he cut his hair.

In regards to this interview, i do find it amusing how EVERY major event is a "conclusion" or "direct result of" or "sequel" to House of M/Civil War.

Same goes for you Rob, seeing as your opinion counts for no more than anyone elses. Also the fact that you created an asexual character interested in human behaviour, that leaves the door pretty open in terms of how that character's sexuality will develop. How can he say Shatterstar isnt gay when he created Shatterstar as being, well nothing?

Rob is the "villain" in this because he said he didnt create Shatter as gay, which i dont see how ANYONE can construe as ANYTHING but the writing saying that he didnt make his creation gay, do you REALLY think that Joe is going ANYTHING that close to falling anywhere near to what Rob said?

Was Northstar created gay? I doubt Cable was created as some kind of mutant messiah, but plans change all the time over the course of a character's history.

To be fair, it makes a lot of sense in Shatterstar's case. So its not like this is totally out of left field.

Liefeld didn't just say he didn't create Shatterstar gay, he said he can't wait to change it and also implied that gays can't be warriors nor were Spartans gay.

It was a tidal wave of idiocy from Liefeld.

All Hulk titles will have an Event that crosses over.
All X-Titles will have an Event that crosses over.
All Avengers titles will have an Event that crosses over.

Etc.

Btw . . . I thought Marvel already stopped their big Events, Dark Reign IS NOT an Event :rolleyes:
