See, he wouldn't be having this problems if he switched to KrebStar products.
I clearly remember him using AJAX products a few times. They worked just as bad as the ACME ones.
He might have some trouble if they find out he was using those ACME products to defy a previous court order:
Eh, that's all going to depend on the court-of-the-day. Remember, this is the US, where a dude breaking into another person's house tripped on the roof, crashed through the skylight, then proceded to sue the owner for negligence and P&S and win. Where a woman spills coffee into her lap and takes millions off McDonald's because it was too hot.*
* Yes, I know all about the case, I know that they found evidence where McDo specifically upped the coffee temperature to make it last longer in the urns, still, she spilled it on herself.
Didn't a morbidly obese woman also sue McD's because she became morbidly obese after eating McD's every single day?

is Wile E Coyote the most sympathetic of the loony tune villains?
Usually when there is a reinterpretation, he usually ends up as a hero?

He probably is, simply because he's the most outpowered by his foe. Elmer Fudd occasionally gets a victorious moment even in episodes where he ultimately loses. He even gets to humiliate Buggs on occasion. Of course, it's promptly followed by Buggs going into, "of course you know, this means war" mode and humiliating him tens times as bad, but that doesn't change the fact that Fudd had a little victory there.
But Wile E always looks horrifically outpowered by the speed-demon with reality-warping powers. Whereas other villains look like bullies, Wile E comes across as a regular guy trying to fight Chthulu.

There was an episode or sequence about this, I just don't remember where.
Basically it was proven in court that the devices actually work, the Coyote just doesn't use them the way they're meant to.
Edit: clarified up in the thread, God it's 3 years old (older in Internet time).

the thing is also, wiley seems like an industrious type and very polite when he speaks, which is a in stark contrast to his end goal.
