This week Steam has the 2K Huge Game Pack for 54 dollars. I don't know about Prey or the Railroad Tycoon games but Civ3, Civ4, Bioshock, X-Com, and the Freedom Force games for the price of one new game is a pretty sweet deal.

Those of you who trade in games when you're done with them might want to check this out:
Amazon has a deal running through the 18th where if you trade $50 worth of games with them (Yes, Amazon takes game trades now.) you get a coupon for 50% off a single game or accessory. Consoles are exempt, but otherwise there doesn't seem to be a limit regarding price.
Between the coupon and the credit for the games I traded, I just got a 120gb Xbox 360 HDD (Normally $150.) for $15.99.

Steam has a pretty awesome weekend deal this week, an indie games pack with ten titles, including Braid, World of Goo and Crayon Physics Deluxe, for $30.
An incredible deal for anyone who doesn't already own any of those games.
Too bad I already have Braid and World of Goo or I'd jump on this deal in a second.
