I am not too concerned with sales, editorial willpower is more important, we see books have a long run even with sales much lower. I mean Deadpool is receiving relaunch number #1000 soon and he is a character who has gotten a big push from Marvel, same goes with Ms. Marvel.

If marvel wants Gambit's solo to be in the 30,000+ range than you need to have Gambit be repersented well in the major titles. Comic industry 101!

We have what seems a dozen new x-men teams formed and Remy isn't in any of them.
And try as some fanboys might to deny, Gambit is a "A-Lister" for a reason, he just needs some fuel for the fire ;)

Oh yeah just thought I would post the numbers. I think the only reason Captain Marvel beat him was because issue 5 had a variant cover which is why issue 6 without a variant sold 23,103.

Hey halla! Great to see you back again :)!

This was a great issue. SO much better than the first arc. Felt more like a Gambit book as compared to the first 4 issues. Art was fine for the most part. In some places , I adored the art.

I've enjoyed every issue so far. I like the slight change in genre but still a thief story. The art wasn't bad, I can deal with it. This is the best book I buy monthly. :)

Haven't seen any art in the thread in a while, so lets change that.

    Here's the variant cover for A+V #3.

And here is an amazing drawing by VVernacatola.

A+X one has too much pink and Gambit is too clean shaven. He should have some stubble. Funny to see the same colors on both characters, purple and black. Gambit 9 has his trench! And its black, nice to see its back. :) As amazing as Tan's cover is, Mann's is over the top.

JAMES ASMUS reply:‏This arc is light on it. But 9 through 11 are delivering :)
So, he'll be dressed this arc. ROFL. I'm okay with that. But I look forward to 9-11 now.
