In stores THIS week? Jumping the gun a little, aren't we?
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!
If nihilism didn't take some delight in destruction one might suspect nihilists were an unnaturally morbid sort.

Very, very old school look. Not for me, but I'm sure there are those you who'll find nostalgia in its artistry.

not worth whatever the store will be asking but i like it. not my favorite spidey cover ever but not bad.
comic fans aren't happy unless there's something to bitch about
I buy comics for the characters not for the writer/artist
currently reading issue 340 of amazing spiderman cd-rom.

I think it's pretty good for someone his age (he's 79). Nice old school cover.
"DC editors in the sixties would have scoffed at the notion of a "brilliant" comic book. It was an oxymoron." - Jim Shooter
Great cover, but I suspect only true John Romita fans will be getting it.

This has a really old school vibe to it. I'm not too big on it, but I'm sure that those who have been loyal to the brand for decades will love the nostalgic feel that it will undoutedly instill.
i think itll look better with the amazing spideman logo on it

It's not as dynamic as the others, so it wouldn't be my first cover of choosing. But props to him for drawing Norman and Harry so that you can definitely tell who's who and that there's a sizable age difference between them.
Little help to someone who hasn't read Spider-Man in a bit but follows the news posts
From middle to top left and counter-clockwise:
Spider-Man (Peter Parker)
J.J.J.
Mary Jane Watson (wait, I thought she was gone?)
Norman Osborn
Harry Osborn
Betty Brant (?)
unrecognized redhead female
Robbie Robertson
Aunt May and, I guess that's the infamous Papa J.J.J.?
I think its awesome. I wish he'd draw a full book.
I think the brunette at the bottom is Michelle Gonzalez.
Hmm, assuming everybody has some business in the issue, I wonder what she'll be up to.
Getting cozy with a now crazy vigilante Harry high on a post father ass kicking?
I love getting to see classic artists draw new characters so this is actually an interesting piece to me.
Not that I'm actually going to buy it or anything. I'm angling hard for the Ross cover and trying to avoid JRJR's.
I'm beginning to think that Hell is a comic book forum.
