I am one of those people who realist who don't like the fact that it seems sara won't be witchblade when this over. I know the title is witchblade but to me there is no witchblade book without her. She has been such a fun and interesting character for years and just to throw her away for what a blone bimbo? :( You can tell by that I am not a fan of dani. Ron's run has been good up till more recent issues and it would have made more sense for dani to get the evil but oh wait I get it. The whole point was for us to hate sara just so when she dies we don't mind. :( This insanity that has gripped marvel and dc. First Eve over in Invincible and now Sara? Just go to show you the insanity of marvel/dc can hit Image/Top Cow. By the way I take a bet that this book won't last a year or half a year without sara.

Blonde bimbo? If you read the book like you said you did, you'd know that was simply false. Ron has written her as an intelligent, though inexperienced, woman.

And why would it make more sense for Dani to turn evil? It makes sense for whoever was stuck with the dark half of the Witchblade to turn evil.

Anyway, this is one of the best books on the shelves right now and deserves top 10 monthly sales, alongside books like Avengers and Hulk. And I love Dani, so I hope she survives the arc.

I don't get how Sara becoming the Angelus is in any way similar to what happened to Atom Eve in Invincible.

I also don't understand how Sara not having the Witchblade is such a deal breaker considering she's lost the thing how many times now?

That wouldn't be much better anyway. Why it is a deal breaker is why should I put my into a book gets killed off or just made into a villian or something stupid and replaced but I character I totally hate? Why? Now dani as the angelus that could make just about everyone happy. The reason I say this like eve because I don't think sara is going to become angelus it could be red hearing or someone else does or sara ends up dead. I have that bad feeling. I hope I am wrong and I will admit if I am. I just had a thought. Is this going to be one of those things like Hal Jordan/GL where sara becomes a villian and replace by character who I hated? By the way I was one of those against that move though I grew to love kyle there is no room in my wallet this time. I could be far off base and wrong.

Marz had previously mentioned Julie coming back into the picture and being a more prominent character in the title. (Dani had been filling the role of "little sister" to Sara for some time in Julie's absence.)

I really don't see Julie being a supporting character to Dani, so take from that what you will.

This is what I think is going to happen, Dani becomes the Angelus, Sarah dies and Julie becomes the new bearer of the Witchblade!
