Just barely. I looked it up and he did three stories in Gang Busters and Mr. District Attorney.

Unfortunately, Wolverine escaped to the U.S. with the X-Men. Soon after this stunning debacle, Trudeau's Liberal Party would go down to defeat in the May 1979 election.

He inked Dan Jurgens on a Doomsday mini for the tenth anniversary of Superman's death. I've never read it, but the Batman issues during No Man's Land where Sink inked Jurgens were fantastic. It was really just an inspired pairing.

Billy the Sink also did covers for the ONeill-Cowan Question series and the Delirium story in Sandman: Endless Nights.

He'll also be doing work on The Hangman for DC.

I did a quick scroll thru Powell's credits at the GCD and as far as I'm concerned, he never darkened DC's doorway.

He is credited with doing a Batman painting in a Batman Gallery book. This may be a reproduction of a Topps Trading card.

He also is credited with a Spirit story in the Will Eisner Archives. I assume this is a reprint of some work he did for Quality.

I wouldn't be surprised if DC reprinted some of his Quality stories. But it looks like he worked for everyone(even Charlton), except DC.

I'm not sure if anyone chimed in an answer here Prince Hal, but looks like you have some winners for the All-Marvels Club:

Dick Ayers I can rule out myself, because I know he did some post-Kirby Kamandi work. However, a check with Jerry Bails Who's Who and the GCD show no work at all for Larry Lieber and Gary Friedrich (GCD only offers up 9 credits for GF!)

Barry Smith (under Windsor-Smith) is also one I'll go with. Although he, like Swan for Marvel, is actually in the token DC category.... BWS did a cover and a couple pinups.

Jerry Bails also confirms your detective work on Bob Powell ROK.

What of Eisner himself? Zilch for Marvel and for DC... except 1 page in that Superman #400, Sir Tim mentioned earlier, and for which it seems every creator in the business worked.

I wonder if there is a story behind Powell not working for DC? Maybe the DC editors didn't like him for some reason or he had something against DC.

Do you count the Punisher/Batman crossover ?

Thank you, but in kicking the tread off I was thinking of Big Two exclusivity (i.e. Marvel & DC)
