    Some other guesses...

DC only: Mort Meskin; all the Batman guys: Kane, Moldoff, Paris, Sprang; Mike Sekowsky, Sid Greene, Pat Boyette, CC Beck.

Wayne Boring came to mind, but I remembered that he'd done a few issues of Captain Marvel.

Marvel types: Barry Smith? (He must have done something for DC, right?); Gary Friedrich; Larry Lieber; Dick Ayers.

Also an issue of Thor, I'm pretty sure.

    Sid Greene
Did a great job inking George Tuska on the Ka-Zar lead in Marvel Super-Heroes #19.

I tend to split superhero comics fans into "People who like Krypto" and "People who don't like Krypto."

Geoff Johns wrote the Avengers, didn't he? I believe he wrote the issue with the infamous Hank-Jan sex scene.

I was just about to post that, having read a mention of it mere seconds ago in another forum.

Sprang did an issue of the X-men and a Captain America in Tales of Suspense.

Sekowsky did two Inhuman issues in Amazing Adventures.

Ayers drew the Freedom Fighters for DC and it seemed some other seventies stuff.

I think you're confusing Sprang with someone else. But man, a Dick Sprang Captain America would've been cool!

I think so, too. I think I'd remember if Dick Sprang drew an issue of X-Men at one point. Plus, his wikipedia biography says that he retired from drawing comics in 1963 (the year X-Men started and before Cap returned).

    I summon the recent acquisition!
I think he inked the great Frank Robbins on Captain America 181 or 182.

Sekowsky drew Inhumans in Amazing Adventures and Super-Villain Team-Up for Marvel.

Mike Grell wrote Iron Man for a short period a few years ago, and drew at least one issue.

Newton also did parts of Giant-Size Defenders # 3. Read it again a couple days back.

Off the top of my head, I don't remember any DC work by Bill Mantlo, Paul Smith, or Bill Sienkiewicz. Of course, you guys will come up with some blindingly obvious credits that I missed.
