Hey Axel. While the AR features as described in the initial announcement are very exciting there seem to be a couple issues with the execution. The first is the size of the AR icon - it can be a little distracting from the artwork it's laid over. There is also an issue with the functionality of the app itself. I have an HTC Legend Android phone with the latest OS update and I find the AR program fails every time I try to use it. According to Android's Google Play store I am not the only one having issues nor is it just a compatibility issue with my phone. Any plans to work out these issues and release an update to the software any time soon?

I'd like to know
1) Will the 2099 books be available digitally?
2) Will any of the Malibu comics be available digitally or in TPB? Not just the Ultraverse, thought that would be great, but the Protectors characters or any other Malibu properties that Marvel now owns?
3) Speaking of the Ultraverse, if Marvel doesn't publish Ultraverse because of some supposedly unreasonable(?) contract with the creators, why didn't Exiles, a pre-Marvel Ultraverse title, fall under the "impossible to print" claim that prevents us from getting more of the Ultraverse? Granted I know that after the buy out the roster/direction changed but wouldn't the use of the title fall under the same contract with the original creator(s)? (I know nothing about these types of things, so I'm really just curious how it works.)
4) Can we get a new Squadron Supreme, non-Max, series?
5) Any plans for the New Universe?

Two questions:
1) Is there any particular reason why Beast is recently portrayed in his ape-like form instead of the feline-like one? I've noticed this in Secret Avengers at first, but now the trend seams to be spreading on other books.
2) Is there any chance we'll see Genis-Vell again?

Hi Joe,

In the first New Avengers AVX tie-in we see the Avengers jumping out the helicarrier after a speech from Hulk. In AVX #2, we see Colossus attack the ship and everyone scatter with no speech from Hulk.

Now I don't have a continuity fetish. I'm more of a Grant Morrisson-style 'build your own canon' sort of guy. But small details like this kind of irritate me, especially as part of such a major event. Why does it happen? Shouldn't the editor be keeping blocking out events to prevent it?

This week you mentioned that you didn't want to open a pandora's box by revealing that the Hulk had inadvertantly killed someone. That pandora's box has been opened for the Scarlet Witch though. When she depowered the mutant race she inadvertantly but directly killed a number of minor characters across the x-titles(New X-Men: Academy, Generation M, New Excalibur, House of M#8 etc), most of those named were children. So far the only consequences she seems to be facing as a child killer is "having to feel really bad about it".

Isn't this a double standard? When the New Warriors failed to defeat Nitro, they got hundreds of white upper middle class children of Stamford, along with themselves killed. As a result the Avengers went to war with each other, hunted each other and vilified their late allies to the press despite their horrific deaths. They even went so far as to set up their own version of Guantanamo bay and imprisoned the only surviving warrior in it. The Scarlet Witch on the other hand survived and (arguablly) amassed a much larger body count, world wide, but those characters were minorities so it seems shes getting off with a slap on the wrist and the families of her victims according to the Avengers don't seem to deserve any justice. I find that very disturbing.

Any chance of bringing back Banshee? He was one of my favorite characters as a kid (especially the GenX stuff). I stopped reading comics for a decade, and when I decided to start reading again, Deadly Genesis was the first thing I picked up. I've been waiting six years for his comeback, but I'm beginning to think you guys have forgotten about him. If no Banshee resurrection plans are on the table, what are the chances of a GenerationX reunion?

Hey Axel,

You guys are batting 1,000 with me at the moment. Last week was the Ultimates and this week was Ultimate Spider-Man. The tension between Miles and his Uncle was a great dynamic. I have a few questions about Miles.

The first question is about Miles' "Venom Blast". I figured this is just artistic interpretation, but in issue #2 Pichelli drew it as little lightning bolts, issue #8 Samnee drew it with a bunch of electricity around his fist and in issue 10 Marquez drew it similar to Pichelli with and electric show after effect. My questions is how does his Venom Blast work? Is it only supposed to feel like nothing much on contact and them hit you with a big shock after or can Miles also hit with big shock right away in issue #8 by charging more electricity into it stronger?

Also in this issue we saw some other cast members of the Ultimate Universe. When does this issue take place in regards to the other books?

Last question. In this issue we see Miles react very angrily and hastily with his Uncle. This is the first that we have seen of this in the series. He is usually pretty calm and collected. What triggered this reaction?

Even if Wolverine took on Captain America and lost in issue #3 of Avengers vs X-men, does that mean he'll get another shot at take on Cyclops during the midst of the event ?

As former editor to the X-men titles, how do you feel about Cyclops recent change of attitude during the event of Avengers vs X-men ?

Even though most of the kids will not be fighting in this event, does any of the kids, both Avengers and Mutant think that both the X-men and Avengers are a bit nuts and careless over their own safety ?

What I'm trying to ask is that even though they may be angry at the Avengers for invading their home, do any of the X-kids feel any form of anger over their elders on Utopia for even bring this on them and all for one child who may or may not restart their former race ?

Will Cyclops be facing off against the likes of Beast during this event, when Beast returns from space ?
